9 DAY DETOX

I have been struggling with holding onto weight and low thyroid which had left me totally exhausted and depleted. After watching Amanda for a while I decided to reach out and found a beautiful angel at the other end ready to guide, support and address any questions I had.
This detox was the most beautiful, calming and nourishing 9 days I have ever experienced. With Amanda holding my hand the entire way.
I can not thank Amanda enough for her true blessing creating this program thinking of everything down to the packaging.

On day 7. Lost a lot of inflammation and bloat in tummy. Said good bye to some stubborn kilos I haven’t been able to shift. Absolutely enjoying the exercises with modifications to suit my body. the protein powders are delicious. For me the coffee was too strong black. Definitely be doing another closer to Christmas. Today I feel the magic. Feeling stronger, focused and pretty proud I have not strayed with yummy meals being eaten around me. No sugar cravings as my sugar intake was very minimal. Highly recommend this if you want to step up your fitness and health. Lots of self love and gratitude. Thanks Amanda for the lovely programme.

I completed Amanda's 9 Day Detox just over a week ago. As a woman going through menopause I was struggling to let go of bloating and excess fat around the belly, had very dry skin and trouble with sleep, also prior to the detox I was experiencing UTI symptoms. By the end of day 1, all UTI symptoms disappeared, at the start of day 4 I was down 2kg! I found the detox such a great way to fast, re-set the body from bad dietry habits and heal the body. At the end of the detox, I felt so proud of myself for seeing the whole 9 days through, I was sleeping better, skin dryness had disappeared, no more dark circles under my eyes, less bloated and down 3kg in total. I recommend this detox to anyone wanting a full reset and to re-establish clean eating habits.

I completed Amanda's amazing 9 day detox a couple of weeks ago. I was a little nervous about nine days and functioning as a mum and working. I've only ever done a two day fast and have a little itty bit of coffee love so I was concerned about headaches etc.. ANYWAY.. once I looked at the regime and products I was super pumped as the way Amanda sets out the detox - it is totally do-able!! All the amazing things in the kit .. the beautiful Holy coffee .. the protein mix for the 3 pm break with fresh fruit, the body oil and foot detoxes ..everything for me was easy as I just looked forward to the next healing thing. I didn't feel hungry most of the time.. a few fleeting moments but felt so super charged and on track that it was easy .. I lost just over five kgs .. felt amazing afterwards and till today weeks later, feel great ! Super glad to embark on a cleansing regime that isn't as scary as just not eating forever.. ha ha - Definately would recommend this detox.

Prior to commencing Amanda’s 9 Day Detox I had one quite large & at times painful & two smaller Fibromas on the arch of my left foot.
